Setting your company profile
Your practice details and logo, used on invoices, estimates and engagement letters.
Last updated 12/09/2026
The Company profile stores your practice's official details and logo, so your documents look professional and consistent.
Where to find it
Go to System & Automation → Company profile.
What to fill in
- Company name — as it should appear on documents.
- Company registration number — the number from Companies House.
- VAT number — if you are VAT registered.
- Registered address — address line 1 and 2, town or city, postcode and country (UK format).
- Email, telephone and website — contact details for the practice.
Uploading a logo
The logo box accepts PNG, SVG, JPEG or WebP, up to 1 MB. For the best results on invoices and letters:
- Use at least 512 × 512 px.
- Prefer PNG with a transparent background or SVG.
- A square or wide-horizontal crop reads best in a document header.
You can replace or remove the logo at any time. A live preview shows how it will look.
How the details are used
The company name, logo and registration details are used on documents the practice produces — invoices, estimates and engagement letters — so every document carries your brand and legal identity.
Tips
- Keep the registered address accurate — it appears on formal documents.
- If your logo looks tiny in the preview, upload a higher-resolution PNG.
- The logo is stored securely and served by the platform; no one else can see or change it but you.
